Baierdorfer Recipes

A collection of beer recipes I've tried, tested and turned out to by tasty. Will be continously updated with new recipes. Feel free to try them out. Feedback on how they turned out and what you'll change is aappreciated!

On what equipment have the recipes been tried on?

I'm using a Brewzilla Gen 3.1.1 35l all grain brewing system. For milling I use a standard malt mill driven by hand.

What is Baierdorf?

Baierdorf is a small village near Ravelsbach in Lower Austria, where I've grown up. Therefore I call my beer "Baierdorfer" which means "from Baierdorf". Google Maps
