# Baierdorfer Recipes

A collection of beer recipes I've tried, tested and turned out to by tasty.

## On what equipment have the recipes been tried on?

|
I'm using a Brewzilla Gen 3.1.1 35l all grain brewing system.
|
|
|
|
|
For milling I use a standard malt mill driven by hand.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

## What is Baierdorf?
|
|
|
|
|
Baierdorf is a small village near Ravelsbach in Lower Austria, where I've grown up.
|
|
|
|
|
Therefore I call my beer "Baierdorfer" which means "from Baierdorf". [Google Maps](https://maps.app.goo.gl/FUTvDccK4rcKRJP17)

The recipes are written in Austrian German (de\_AT) and translated into German and English (in the folder de\_DE and en\_GB respectively).
